Context
Engineering and business work-study programme alongside my engineering degree, inside a small renewable energy engineering firm.
Problem
Small team, many projects: every engineer had to cover the commercial, technical and delivery sides.
Approach
- 01Prepared technical and commercial tenders and project budgets.
- 02Built and followed MS Project schedules through execution.
- 03Coordinated procurement and interfaces between clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- 04Produced technical files, as-built records and compliance documentation.
Outcome
- Three years of end-to-end project exposure, from bid to handover.
