I'm Clément Mirande-Lamane. I plan critical maintenance shutdowns in WA mining, where hundreds of tasks, contractors and constraints have to land in a fixed window. On the side, I design and ship software products. Same discipline, different medium: frame the problem, map the dependencies, deliver, then iterate.

Method
A shutdown is a release with no rollback.
Fixed window, many teams, hard dependencies, zero tolerance for surprises. Planning them has given me the core skills of product delivery. Only the vocabulary changes.

About
French engineer, Australian permanent resident, based in Perth. In WA mining I started on the tools, as a fitter and supervisor across ten sites working on crushers, HPGRs and conveyors. I then moved into planning, where I now sequence shutdowns for a complex nickel-cobalt processing plant.
In parallel I build products. Founding WATAhub taught me discovery, scoping, shipping and selling on a budget. AI tooling lets me go from idea to working software in days. I want to bring that combination of operational rigour and builder speed to a product or project role in tech.
